Appointments
We
will be happy to schedule a convenient appointment time
for you to discuss your needs and concerns. Our
staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible
and all efforts will be made to accommodate your
schedule. We are open for administrative purposes from
9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. We
would appreciate 48 hours notice, should you need to
cancel an appointment or surgery.
Insurance
We
accept most major insurance plans for non-cosmetic
procedures. Please bring your insurance cards and
any required insurance forms to your appointment. If
your insurance carrier requires a referral, contact your
primary care physician.
Co-payments will be collected when services are
rendered.
Fees and Billing
During your consultation for cosmetic surgery, fee
information will be discussed with you. A two-week
pre-payment is required. Our practice will accept
VISA, MasterCard, check or cash. A fee is charged
for cosmetic consults.
Hospital Services
Dr.
Bragdon is affiliated with St. Clair Hospital, West Penn
Hospital and Mt. Lebanon Surgical Center. He also
has courtesy privileges at additional hospitals.
Answering Service
It
is important for you to know that a physician is always
on call should there be a need. Please call our
office, leave a number where you can be reached and your
call will be returned.
Smoking Policy
Please be aware that you may be asked to temporarily
stop smoking as smoking causes delayed healing as well
as predisposes you to complications.
